New Match it Owls... Launching on Create and Craft TV on the 7th March


Did you know that a group of Owls is called a Parliament of Owls? Well, we hope we've got your vote on these fantastic little characters! Three new ones have flown in to say 'Hi' and will be making their debut with Debbi on Create and Craft TV at 3pm on the 7th of March 2019.


Joining our Wise Owl, we also have Love Owl, Night Owl and of course...  Steam Punk Owl!. All three are available for pre-order today!

Monochrome Owls - Flying by to Say Congratulations - Project of the Week


Materials:
1 A4 white Card 
Design sheet 
Backing paper

Equipment:
Trimmer/Craft Knife
Scissors 
Double Sided Tape 
Score Board 
Bone Folder 
Foam Pads/Silicon Glue

What You Need to Do:
1) Print off your Design sheet and backing papers. 

2) Using the A4 card, fold over the left hand side by a third. 

3) Cover all areas with backing paper. 

4) Cut out your chosen topper and fix to the front fold, ensuring you only put adhesive on one side. 

5) Cut out extra embellishments and toppers and fix to the inside of the card with foam pads. 

6) To finish add some flower embellishments to the front of the card as shown.

Shabby Chic Owls - Thank You Card - Project of the Week




Materials:
  • A4 White Card
  • Design Sheet from free papers
  • Backing Papers from free papers
  • Glitter
Equipment:
  • Trimmer/craft knife
  • Scissors
  • Double sided tape
  • Score board
  • Bone folder
What You Need to Do:
  1. Score and fold your A4 card in half to create an A5 card blank.
  2. Measure half way across the top of your card front and score down, then fold the front of the card back on itself to create your fold back card
  3. Cut a piece of backing paper slightly smaller than inside back of the card and matt on top leaving an even gap around the edges using double sided tape of glue
  4. Cut a piece of backing paper slightly smaller than the fold back panel, matt on top leaving an even gap around the edges.
  5. Attach the topper to the fold back panel of the card, ensuring you only apply adhesive to the right hand back side of the topper.
  6. Cut out a sentiment and attach to bottom of card using foam pads as shown
  7. Finish with highlights of glitter.
