Project of the week: Snow Day

Snowflakes
Materials

1. Open the card blank and on the inside front score from the fold line on the right to the top left hand corner of your card. Reinforce the fold line with a bone folder. This is your blank twisted easel. Back the front part with your free backing papers.

2. Using your decoupage sheet back directly onto card to give extra support. Cut out and make up the decoupage topper with foam pads or silicone glue. If using silicone put your work to one side to dry for about an hour. Fix to the card as shown.

3. Cover the inside back with backing paper attaching with double sided tape or glue.

4. Back a sentiment onto card and cut out leaving a small even gap around the edges. Attach with foam pads across the inside back of your card as shown to act as your stopper.

5. Using your micro beads add texture to the pine cones and fix to the bottom left handside.

6. Add a snowflake embellishment to the top corner, attaching with a foam pad for dimension.

7. Attach self adhesive gems in the middle of the snowflake embellishments and glitter highlights.
