Art Deco Decadent Christmas - Feather Glamour
Materials:
A4 White
Card Topper
Backing Papers
White Feathers
Equipment:
Scoreboard
Bone Folder
Glue or Double Sided Tape
Quickie Glue Pen
Scissors
Paper trimmer
What You Need to Do:
1) Cut down you card to 18.5cm x 29.7cm, then fold in half to create your card blank. Mark and score at 8cm and 11.5cm. Using a bone folder fold back the first score line and then forward the second score line. This will create your card shape.
2) Cover the front and the inside back with backing paper using double sided tape or glue.
3) Cut out the ribbon strip and fix to the right hand side as shown.
4) Cut out your topper and sentiment, and back it with card to make it sturdier.
5) Attach white feathers to the back of the topper, then fix the topper onto the front panel, using silicone glue, (make sure you leave your work to dry for at least an hour).
6) Attach the sentiment on top of the topper using foam pads, allowing it to overhang as shown.
7) Finish off adding glitter highlights and gems to the card.

Art Deco - Fold Card - Project of the Week
Materials:
A5 White Card Blank
Backing Papers
Design Sheet
Glitter
Gems
Equipment:
Scissors
Trimmer
Double sided tape
Foam Pads/Silicone Glue
Score Board
Bone Folder
Quickie Glue Pen
What You Need to Do:
1) Using the A5 card, fold back the top layer to make a fold back card.
2) Cut backing paper to fit the front and inside of the card and attach using double sided tape or glue.
3) Cut out your topper and topper to the left hand side with foam pads, making sure you only fix the topper to one side so it over hangs.
4) Cut out a sentiment and fit to the top left using foam pads.
5) Cut out an extra topper or sentiment and fix to the inside of the card.
6.) Finish off by adding glitter highlights or gems.

Materials:
A4 White Card
Design Sheet/Paper
What You Need to Do:
1) Fold an A4 card in half. Turn it so the spine is at the top. Cover the front of the card with paper. Mark at 4.5cm and 16.5cm. Draw a line down by 8.5cm and cut down the line.
2) Fold the sides back and forward to put in a crease line. Then take the top of the side and fold it to the crease line. Gently push your sides into shape to create a mountain fold, valley fold, mountain fold, valley fold and then mountain fold.
3) Cut out toppers and fix to the front of the card using foam pads.

Art Deco Wedding - Front Step Card - Project of the Week
2 x White A5 Card Blanks

Equipment:
Basic Equipment
What You Need to Do:
1) Lay both the cards flat on your surface with the open ends together. Slot inside each other and attach one to the inside front to create a zig zag shape. Then fold the top card in half to create the front step card.
2) Cover the front of the card and the step with backing paper.
3) Cut out and matt and layer using mirror card the main topper, sentiment and ribbon strip.

4) Attach the main topper to the front of the card as shown.
5) Fix the ribbon strip across the front section using double sided tape or glue. Then fix your large sentiment topper to the right hand side of the card
6) Cut out and attach a few embellishments to the back of the card using foam pads as shown.
7) Finish by adding self adhesive gems and glitter highlights.

Art Deco - Merry Little Christmas - Project of the Week
Materials:

Quickie Glue Pen

What You Need to Do:
1) Using the A4 card, fold it in half, along the spine, measure 9.5cm along then cut down 6.5cm down.To make a stepper card fold the step section over to make a crease line, then fold it back.To finish push the step inside.
2) Cover the card with backing paper attaching with double sided tape or craft glue.
3)Cut out your decoupage topper and layer up all your elements using foam pads or silicone glue.Fix to the side step as shown.If using silicone put your work to one side to dry for at least an hour. 4) Cut out your ribbon strip and extra toppers and fix to the card as shown using double sided and craft glue.
5) Choose a sentiment topper and fix to the step using foam pads.
6) Using a Quickie Glue pen add ultra fine glitter add glitter highlights to the image.

Project of the week: Art Deco Celebrations Squeeze Card
1. Cut 2 pieces of card 23.4cm x 21cm, then measure and score 4 lines on both pieces at 2cm, 4.1cm, 19.3cm and 21.5cm.
2. Cut out the large topper, and drawn round using a pencil on the centre of one of the cards. Cut the aperture out using a craft knife.
3. Cover the back piece with backing paper attaching with double sided tape or glue.
4. Fix the large topper to the centre back using foam pads. Add glitter highlights to the topper now before assembling the card. Use a Quickie Glue pen and ultra fine glitter.
5. Fix the 2 piece of card together, attached them at the sides with double sided tape or glue.
6. Attach ribbon strips along the edges using double sided tape or glue. Then cut out strips of paper and fix along the front as shown.
7. Cut 2 sentiments out and attach to the bottom and top left of the card as shown at angles using foam pads.
8. To finish add flower embellishments in both corners.

Art Deco Card Ideas

Instructions
1. Cut your card to measure 14cm x 27cm and fold in half. Then fold the top layer in half to make an easel card.
2. Cover the front with the backing paper that looks like its divided and rescore the fold line.
3. Attach the other backing paper to the inside back.
4. Attach your topper to the front of your card below the sore line as shown. Make sure it lines up with the bottom.
5. Cut out a sentiment, back onto card and attach to the inside back using foam pads. This will act as a stopper to hold your easel card in place.
6. Add highlights of glitter around the art deco lady using a quickie glue pen and a coordinating colour of glitter.
7. To finish the card add extra gems and embellishments as you wish.
1. Print your selected topper – if your printer will print directly onto card then do this. If not then print onto paper and back onto card.
2. Cut out the front section of your card, score the back section 1cm from the top, using double sided tape attach the front to the back by that 1cm strip. This has created your card base.,
3. Now cut all of the other elements from your design sheet and start to layer them up using foam pads or silicone glue to create your decoupage. Remember if you are using silicone glue you will have to put your card to one side to dry.
4. Finish your card with gems and glitter – using a quickie glue pen to mark exactly where you would like the glitter to be.
Project of the week: Art Deco Celebrations

Instructions
1. To create your card shape, lay the A4 card landscape and measure and mark 5.1cm, 10.2cm and 20.4cm. Then score at these measurments.
2. Cover the front of the card and the step with your chosen backing paper, attaching with double side tape or glue.
3. Cut out a piece of lace ribbon and fix across the centre of the card as shown.
4. Cut out and make up the decoupage topper using silicone glue or foam pads. If you are using silicone glue, leave your work to dry for at least one hour.
5. Attach the main topper to the left hand side of the card as shown with double sided tape or glue.
6. Fix the ribbon strip across the front section of the card using double sided tape or glue. Then fix your large sentiment on top of the ribbon to the left with foam pads.
7. Cut out and attach a flower and a smaller sentiment to the right hand side of the card with foam pads as shown.
8. Add glitter highlights around the art deco lady and the flower with a quickie glue pen.
9. To finish your card add self adhesive gems for extra decoration
