Materials
2. Cover the front of your card with your chosen backing paper with a 3mm border. Fix to your card blank using double sided tape or craft glue.
3. Cut out your decoupage topper and layer up all your elements. Attaching in place using either foam pads or silicone glue. If using silicone glue, leave the topper to dry for at least an hour.
4. Cut out your ribbon strip and fix on either side of your topper as shown.
5. Choose 2 sentiments and attach one on your topper and the other at the bottom of the card.
6. Finish by adding glitter and gems to your card.
